Born from real
Property Management Pain.
I manage hundreds of rental units across the Pacific Northwest. A while back, we replaced a dozen washing machines without knowing when they were installed, how much they were worth, or whether they were still under warranty. Critical information about our assets was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and filing cabinets, and my team was making costly decisions without it.
I studied architecture at USC and worked as a software engineer before becoming an operator, so I built the tool I wished we had. Pelly is what we use to run our own properties every day.
